YES MA'AM: guide to the 35-episode military series with Sgt. Diana Demont

YES MA'AM: the premise

Life on base starts badly for you. You are the weakest recruit in the intake, the one everyone overlooks, until the sergeant in charge singles you out in front of the others. Diana Demont pulls you up from the mud and announces, in her own way, that you are now her responsibility.

Her position makes that dangerous. She is the commanding officer nobody dares approach, and her husband is the Colonel, a man whose authority covers everything on the base. Yet with you she lets the mask slip. The series is built on that double life: the iron sergeant everyone salutes, and the woman only her chosen recruit gets to know.

Worth it if: you want a long serialized story, a commanding older woman with real rank, and a forbidden connection that has to stay hidden from a powerful husband.

YES MA'AM episode guide

With 35 episodes, this is a much bigger commitment than the usual five-part short. Candy AI numbers them all without individual titles, and each one leads straight into the next.

Episode 1: out of the mud

The opening episode establishes your low rank, the harsh routine of the base and the moment Sgt. Demont claims you as hers. It also sketches the shadow of the Colonel, the husband whose position makes everything that follows risky.

We leave the rest of the episode, and what she wants from you, for you to discover.

Episode 2: no tokens, login needed

Episode 2 does not cost tokens, but you must be signed in to play it. The account is free, and two episodes are a reasonable sample before you weigh up a series this long.

Episodes 3 to 35

Everything from episode 3 to the finale is paid, 33 episodes at 12 tokens each. Because each unlock is separate, it makes sense to watch a handful, decide whether the slow build suits you, and continue from there. The premise points to a relationship that deepens under the noses of the base and the Colonel; the official listing gives no episode-level detail, and we do not add any.

Characters in YES MA'AM

Sgt. Diana Demont is the centre of gravity: a strict, feared commanding officer who chooses the least promising recruit as her own. You, the recruit, are the point-of-view character, raw and out of your depth. The Colonel, her husband, outranks everyone on the base, which is why secrecy matters. All three are invented adults made with AI, and Diana Demont is a character, not a creator's twin.

YES MA'AM: free episodes versus paid ones

• Episode 1: free, no account required.
• Episode 2: free once you log in to a free Candy AI account.
• Episodes 3 to 35: 12 tokens for each episode.
• Full price of the 33 paid episodes: 396 tokens.

Because the paid stretch is long, compare token packs and the membership on our Candy AI pricing page before committing, and read the free access guide to learn what a no-cost login covers. You are only ever charged for the episode you choose to open. Prices verified November 1, 2026.

How spicy is YES MA'AM?

YES MA'AM is not in Candy AI's Spicy section, which collects the platform's most explicit titles. This is a standard adult drama whose charge comes from rank, secrecy and an affair with a married superior. The Milf and Nympho tags describe Diana Demont's maturity and appetite, and the series keeps its treatment suggestive rather than graphic.

Who will enjoy YES MA'AM

This is for viewers who like dominant, older women in positions of authority and who have the patience for a story that unfolds across dozens of episodes. If you want something shorter in the same spirit, My Mother-in-Law Wants to Be My Hall Pass also features a married woman calling the shots, and My Best Friend's Mom Teaches Pilates swaps the barracks for a fitness class.

Where to watch YES MA'AM

The series is available officially on Candy AI only, in a desktop or mobile browser without an app. Subtitles: English, together with Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and German. Unofficial uploads offering all 35 episodes for free are not genuine, and our page about leaks and free copies explains why to avoid them.
