Don't Tell Your Mother! The complete 5-episode guide

Don't Tell Your Mother! in a nutshell

This is a freshly blended family. Paul has only recently married Ava's mother, and Ava, a grown woman still living with them, sees the house rules as suggestions. At 2am he finds her climbing through the window moments after a guy from a party drops her off. One word to her mother would settle it. He says nothing, and the whole series rests on that choice.

After that, secrecy powers everything. Ava is teasing and insistent, Paul does his best to play the responsible stepdad, and her mother is always close by, near enough to shout his name at precisely the worst moment. The title states the rule both of them end up following. The taboo setup comes with a wink instead of melodrama, and every conversation between them is part bargaining, part dare.

Pick it if: forbidden step-family scenarios between consenting adults and plots powered by a shared secret are your thing.

Episode 1: Through the window

In the middle of the night Paul discovers Ava clambering through the window, and the first thing she asks is whether he'll tell her mother. He wants to know about the guy who drove her home. She waves it off: just someone from the party, and she turned him down because older men are more her type. Paul orders her to bed or he'll wake her mother.

Ava agrees, but first she detours to the kitchen, claiming she's starving. Once there she leans on him to stay quiet, and Paul asks what's in it for him. When her mother calls out his name, he claims he came down for a glass of water. Ava thanks him, promises a way of repaying the favour that he'll enjoy, and asks him to drive her to a party the next night.

The characters in Don't Tell Your Mother!

Paul plays the stepfather who keeps the secret. Ava, whose Candy AI profile is Ava Parkson, is the lead and his adult stepdaughter. Her mother, who is Paul's wife, goes unnamed in episode 1 and shouts to him from another room. None of the cast is a Candy Creator's digital twin; all are fictional adults made with AI.

We recorded these prices on October 30, 2026. Candy AI may adjust them, though the player always asks for confirmation before it spends tokens. Our pricing page covers plans and tokens.

How explicit is Don't Tell Your Mother!?

Episode 1 works through implication: a late-night kitchen stop, some suggestive teasing and a cover-up lie, and the dialogue stays at that level. The premise is a stepfather and his grown stepdaughter having an affair without her mother knowing, a forbidden theme that the paid chapters develop further. Viewers must be 18 or older.

Our view on Don't Tell Your Mother!

It fits viewers who already enjoy forbidden stepfamily setups involving adult characters and who prefer suspense to speed. Ava's teasing drives the opener, and her mother's interruption at the least convenient second is a nicely timed beat. If a secret shared under one roof is the appeal, House Rules plays a comparable game.
